Zero-Suction

The air inside the labyrinth structure will be pressured by centrifugal force, then discharge through the back cap, these maintain a fixed pressure inside the head to achieve zero-suction, which effectively reduce cross contamination by preventing blood, saliva, or other bio material drawing back into the handpiece.

Dynamic Balanced

Cartridge has been placed in dust-free balancing machine to test its workflow and locate the heavy spot, then pick out slightly remove its mass from the precise angle.

Auto-Chuck

Push Button chuck with auto-chuck mechanism, retention strength up to 30-40N during rotation. Concentricity is ensure less than 0.01mm to improve stability and safety during treatment.

Ceramic Ball Bearing

Deep groove ceramic ball bearing with machined nylon cage, rotation speed up to 450,000 rpm, and outstanding resistances of high temperature and corrosion.

Chrome/Titanium Plated Brass Body

Brass has high workability and density, and very durable as body material. Deburring and sandblasting for grainy surface to increase resistance of skid. Plated by Chrome or Titanium provide remarkable hardness and resistance of corrosion.

Hygiene

Can be washed in a thermo dinsinfectior and sterilised at up to 135C in autoclaves.

This series has wide compatibility for connections. Fitting to couplings of many companies, or options for connecting dental unit directly.
