DLC Coating Rotor

Gear material is precision made of high standard stainless steel with hardness of 53HRC, and the surface can reach 90HRC after plating with DLC coating. High hardness ensures that the rotor will not be deformed under high stress, effectively prevent bur jamming. 

In addition, the DLC coating provides extreme resistance to rust and corrosion, ensures a long service life.

Ergonomic Design

The perfect body shape and the right weight allow for less fatigue during the implant treatment. Especially with a heavy implant micromotors carried for long periods of time, wrist and the area between thumb and indexfinger will feel less stress during and after the treatment.

Easy disassembly

LB20(Non-optic) and LB20LG(Generator type) can be easily disassembled for thorough cleaning, and each disassembled part can be cleaned separately and accordingly to remove biological substrates such as blood and saliva to prevent cross-contamination.. There is no need to use any tools for assembly or disassembly.

LB20L(Fiber optic): fiber rod with excellent light transmission, superior in visibility and accessibility during treatments, and also has high resistance to heat.

LB20LG(Generator type): Efficient generator capable of providing stable power at slow rotation speeds (70 rpm), supplying to High-quality LED bulbs ensure daylight-quality illumination during treatment. Also the whole LED conponent is disinfectable and sterilizable.
